Roger L. Stalheim, President — 39 years of insurance experience, BS degree in Insurance from University of Iowa, Under Professor, Dr. Emmett Vaughn.  licensed agent for Property/Casualty, Bonds, Life and Health. Specializing in Commercial business. Also, providing insurance consulting services. Also has AA degree from North Iowa Area Community College in Mason City, Iowa. Trained in loss control. Was an Underwriting Manager for several insurance companies for 7 years. Was promoted 5 times in the last 6 years working for insurance companies. Has 7 of 10 parts of C.P.C.U. designation 

Personal Lines Agent and Commercial Lines Agent

Kathy Adcock, is a licensed personal lines and commercial lines agent. She has 8 years experience as an agent.  

Agency Office Manager

Debbie Shafer, is a licensed Personal Lines agent. She is our IT Administrator, Office Manager and Customer Service Representative. She has been an employee for 18 years. 

Bookkeeper

Gail Young, is not a licensed agent. She handles all aspects or our accounting and bookkeeping needs.
